Welcome to ax99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and ax99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all access to and use of the ax99 website, its games, promotions, payment services, and any other features made available through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before creating an account or placing any wager on ax99.

By accessing, registering, or using ax99 in any capacity, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. ax99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. To use ax99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. ax99 reserves the right to request verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility, and to suspend or close any account that cannot be verified to its satisfaction.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of ax99. Misrepresentation of age is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on ax99. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All registration details — including your name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. ax99 may require KYC documentation to verify your identity before processing withdrawals.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from ax99 or any related platform. If you have previously self-excluded and believe this was done in error, contact support before attempting to register a new account.

2. Account Registration and Security

When you register an account with ax99, you accept sole responsibility for all activity that occurs within that account. The security and confidentiality of your login credentials is your responsibility at all times.

• Password Security: Choose a strong, unique password for your ax99 account and do not share it with any third party. ax99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify ax99 support immediately at [email protected]. ax99 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your ax99 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account may result in immediate closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Account Dormancy: Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy policies, including administrative fees or closure. ax99 will provide reasonable notice before applying any dormancy fee.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

ax99 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• Deposit Finality: Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited to your ax99 account balance, it is final and cannot be reversed. Queries regarding deposits that have not appeared within the expected timeframe should be directed to [email protected].
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from another person for the purpose of gambling on ax99, is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically feasible. ax99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing Times: ax99 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, verification requirements, and volume of requests. ax99 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes.
• Currency: All transactions on ax99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of international payment methods are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ax99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded by ax99 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available once per eligible player. ax99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus Abuse: ax99 employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including exploiting promotions through coordinated wagering, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements. Identified bonus abuse results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date or wagering deadline. Bonuses and associated winnings not used or wagered within the applicable validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: The bonus amount itself is typically non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from successfully completing the wagering requirement may be withdrawn, subject to any maximum withdrawal limits stated in the promotion terms.

5. Gameplay and Fair Use

ax99 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All games available on the platform are supplied by verified providers using certified RNG systems. The following rules apply to gameplay across all game categories on ax99.

• RNG Integrity: The outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG systems. ax99 does not influence or have advance knowledge of any game outcome. Players accept that game results are final once settled.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session, ax99 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund any stakes placed during the affected period. ax99 is not liable for losses alleged to result from a technical malfunction.
• Betting Limits: ax99 imposes minimum and maximum bet limits on all games and events. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be adjusted by ax99 at any time without prior notice.
• Interrupted Sessions: If a game session is interrupted due to disconnection or device failure, ax99's server logs serve as the definitive record of the session's state. Any bets confirmed by the server before the interruption remain valid.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ax99. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment credentials, or any form of fraud is strictly prohibited and will be referred to law enforcement.
• Money Laundering: ax99 is committed to preventing money laundering. Any deposits or withdrawals suspected of being connected to money laundering or other criminal activity will be blocked, reported, and the relevant account frozen pending investigation.
• Automated Systems: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software intended to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited on ax99.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to fix outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or otherwise manipulate any game or betting market on ax99 is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your payment provider in relation to funds deposited on ax99 is considered a serious breach of these Terms. ax99 reserves the right to recover disputed funds and close the account of any Player who initiates an unjustified chargeback.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

ax99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action without prior notice.

• Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms — including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity — may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Voluntary Closure: Players may request closure of their ax99 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible remaining balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned via the registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• Regulatory or Legal Requirements: ax99 may be required to suspend or close accounts as a result of regulatory instructions, court orders, or applicable legal obligations. In such cases, ax99 will act in accordance with its legal duties.

8. Responsible Gaming

ax99 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ax99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if ax99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ax99's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ax99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ax99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ax99 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of ax99 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you should cease using the platform and request account closure before the change takes effect.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact ax99 support at [email protected] in the first instance, with a view to reaching an amicable resolution. ax99 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of ax99 complies with the laws applicable in their location.
